Quiet Hours & Peaceful Transit
We at Excelsior Resort place great importance on the peace and comfort of our guests. From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we observe quiet hours. We ask parents to ensure their children move quietly in the corridors and lobby of the hotel.
Please refrain from running or making noise. This measure not only helps maintain a quiet space for everyone but also ensures the safety of your children.
Smoking Prohibition
⚠️ Important Notice Smoking is not permitted in any rooms, hallways, or other indoor spaces of the hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will result in fines and damage costs being charged to your account.
Use of Facilities
Use of the aquatic complex, sports facilities, and other amenities is permitted only when following the appropriate guidelines and scheduled times.
Please do not bring room items to these areas.
Pets Policy
At Excelsior Resort, to create a peaceful and pleasant environment for all guests, pets are not permitted. We appreciate your compliance with this policy, which helps us provide quality service.
Personal Security & Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings and keeping valuables in the safes provided in the rooms.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Use of Equipment & Facilities
Please use hotel equipment and facilities with care and handle them properly to help us serve you correctly.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to your account.
Room Occupancy Limits
Rooms are designed for a specific number of guests.
Parties, inviting additional guests, or gatherings without prior coordination with the hotel management are not permitted.
Local, National & Hotel Regulations
Guests must comply with all local, national, and hotel regulations. This includes rules regarding no alcohol consumption, prohibited substances, and public conduct.
Security Protocols
When entering and leaving the hotel, please protect your key cards.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to security personnel.
Prohibition of Flammable Materials & Weapons
⚠️ Security Notice At Excelsior Resort, the security and safety of our guests and staff is of paramount importance. Bringing any flammable materials, explosives, weapons, or other dangerous items into the hotel is strictly prohibited. Guests must surrender all such items to hotel security upon check-in. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the hotel and other legal actions.
Non-Guest Access to Residential Floors Prohibited
Non-guests are not permitted to enter residential floors and hotel rooms. This policy is designed to protect the security and privacy of our guests.
For your convenience, the hotel has designated meeting spaces available. Please contact front desk service or reservations to book these areas.
Prohibition of Gatherings & Parties in Rooms
At Excelsior Resort, to maintain the peace and security of all guests, gatherings exceeding the permitted number for any room or suite, or holding meetings and parties in rooms are strictly prohibited.
Guests wishing to hold meetings or gatherings should use the designated spaces designed for this purpose.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the hotel.
Environmental Protection
Excelsior Resort is environmentally conscious and places great importance on preserving natural resources and ecosystems.
We are confident that our esteemed guests will properly care for the beautiful beaches of Kish and sea turtle habitats.
Marine shells are part of the unique collection of beaches, and protecting them and the environment is a responsibility for all generations.
