Daily Service Hours

Housekeeping and turndown services are available twice daily. Activate the in-room housekeeping switch or connect with Star Service so we can refresh your space promptly.

Room Entry & Privacy

Our team may enter daily to provide cleaning, turndown amenities, and evening comforts so your room remains polished throughout your stay.

If you would prefer privacy, please enable the DND (Do Not Disturb) indicator and we will postpone service until it is switched off.

Beach Towels

To receive or purchase a dedicated beach towel, coordinate with Star Service (Ext. 100) or Reception (Ext. 101).
